Hotel Internship Applications

I have to do an internship next summer, so I have started to write applications. The first two were send to One Aldwych and Vila Joya.
The first one didn't want me, now I am waiting for a reply on the second one. I am open for any ideas at which hotels I could apply as well.
I am going to squee on the day where I get a yes, and I really would love to be in the Vila Joya, mainly because we used to deliver them beer. *grins*
Anyway, I'll shut up now. ;)
